TTK7D-6.0型司機室空調機組是專為HXD1B、HXD1C型和諧號電力機車設計的產品。該司機室空調系統具有通風、制冷、制暖等功能，通過回風溫度和環境溫度傳感器實現自動控制，設置手動控制功能，可以為機車司機室提供舒適的室內環境。空調機組安裝在司機室內的操縱臺下，機組的回風口在靠近室內的端面，新風進口在機組底面，新風和回風在機腔內混合后，經空調冷卻(或加熱)，再通過送風機，向上送入司機室內，使得室內的溫度逐漸調節，并使其維持在較舒適的范圍內。空調機組的冷凝水通過機組底部的排水孔，直接排至車底。空調機組的室外冷凝風從機組前端進入，通過冷凝器后，再從機組底部向車下排出。空調機組采用PLC控制模式，電氣部件位于靠近室內的端面，對空調進行可靠的控制、保護和故障診斷。電氣部件通過連接器與操縱臺上的控制面板相連，可方便的進行操作及檢修。
TK7D-6.0 is HVAC unit designed for CHR electric locomotive HXC1B and HXD1C models. With functions of ventlation, cooling andheating, it can be auto controled through temperature sensing of return ai and ambient air, It can be manual controled as wel. providingdriver with comfortable indoor condition.
The unit is instaled under dashboard of driver cab. The return alr with inlet faces cab, and cool air with inlet at bottom of unit, mixedogether within unit chamber, treated wih cooling or heating,betore blowing into driver cab,theretore adiusting indoor temperature to dcomfortable evel. The condensing water drains out through unit botom holes to the ground.Air flow into the condensing chamber in theiront, pass through condenser and flow under the vehicle.With PLC control mode,the electrical part faces the cab, so that it can be effectively controlled, protected and diagnosed.
